I have put some extra tubes of people stick to the material, so you can vary.

Set the brushes in your Brush folder - open the in psp.

Open a new image - 350 x 300 - White.

Layers - New raster layer.

Select a pink color eg #f5c0d0.

Activate your Brush tool - find the brush hbg2003j 001 - mark in all corners:

Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 30 pixels.

Flood fill the selection with a with a slightly harder example color pink #ea4cbb.

Selections - Modifyes  - Contract - 2 pixels - flood fill the selection with white.

Selections - Modifyes  - Contract - 1 pixel - flood fill with pink.

Selections - Modifyes  - Contract - 1 pixel - flood fill with white.

DON'T DESELECT!

Mark this one with your light pink color (#f5c0d0) into the selection - part will fall over it, but that's the intention.

Selections - Select none.

Close your background layer - activate one of the other 2 layers.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Copy the merged layer.

Open a new image - 600 x 450 - White - Past as a new layer.

We will be adding another color to this layer.

Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize:

Place it up to the right.

Past as a new layer (it's still in the memory).

Place it to the left.

This layer, we also using color by: Adjust - Hue and saturation - Colorize:

Past as a new layer - place this one a bit down.

Now you can move all the layers to your liking.

Copy the stick girls - Past as a new layer - place them so, that the shoes touched the bottom of the pink border.

Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop shadow: 2 - 2 - 65 - 10 - black.

Copy the text - Past as a new layer - place it down.

Ofcourse you can also make your own text of add your name.

I used for the text font AbigailsHand, size 72.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - blue.

Image - Add borders - 1 pixel - White.

Image - Add borders - 2 pixel - blue.

Add your watermark.
