Download all the Supplies here.

The lovely woman tube is from Jet.
The background is from JHanna.
The Frame is from Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com

Let's start!

Open all the Supplies in PSP.

New Image : 700 x 550 transparent.

Selections - Select All.

Copy the background (JHanna_27bground.jpg) and Paste Into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Choose two colours from your tube.
I chose #d1cabc and #c4bdae.
Change your Foreground Properties to Gradient :
Style : Linear
Angle : 45
Repeats : 35

Floodfill the Layer with the Gradient.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur : 10.

Effects - Texture Effects - Texture : Grain fine cloudy, with the following settings:

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Edges, Square - Square Edge 04.

Image - Resize - 95% Bicubic, Resize all layers not ticked.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-80-10 Black

Copy the Frame (ZtampfEnsembles_Frame01_6.png) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move a little bit to the right.

Activate your Freehand Selection Tool : Point to Point.

Draw a selection in the Frame.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Copy the Rose.jpg and Paste Into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Activate the Top Layer (Frame).

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow - same settings as before.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-80-10 Black

Copy the woman tube (jet-woman04-april-2008.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.

Move her to the left and add the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-80-10 Black

Add your name or message.
Font used : Vivaldi, size 72.

Activate the layer of the Frame and select a
piece of the oval frame with your Selection Tool.
See Example:

Activate the layer with your name or text and press Delete.

Selections - Select None.

Add your watermark.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
