Open all the supplies in PSP.

Open the background image (purplenightship.pspimage). 
It consists of two layers and we are going to work with this image.

Activate the top layer.

Selections - Select All.

Copy the overlay (sm_happygarden_overlays1(4).png) and Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - Duplicate.

Image - Resize with the following settings :
 

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 0-0-50-10 White.

Copy the 3 strips (3banen-purplenight.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the left.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Activate the Top Layer.

Copy the tube (jet-woman2-juli-2008.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the right.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 0-0-50-10 White.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
Place your name and watermark.
For my name, I used the font Caddy, size 48.
