Open everything in Psp.

Copy xadrez_malu (we use that as background).
Past as a new image - close the original.

Copy frame4_malu - past as a new layer on your working image.
Layers - Merge - Merge all layers (Flatten).

Actually you can from now on, entirely up to you how you tag is and what you put in, 
but 'll tell you what I did to get this result, lol.

Copy tag_malu9 - past as a new layer on your working image.
Use your Distortion tool to turn the tag a bit and to place it in the right upper corner - see example.

Effects -3D Effects - Drop shadow:

First we will decorate the tag.

Copy Pascoa2_malu (het ei) - past as a new layer on your working image.

Set the opacity of this layer to 40.

Copy barra_malu3 - past as a new layer on your working image.

Activate your Distortion tool - turn it so it fits the edge of the tag.

If necceserely make it a bit shorter or erase what's besides the tag.
If you like it, give it a drop shadow: vert and hor 1 - opacity 100 - blur 1 - color black.

Activate your Text tool - choose a nice font.
I used Anke Calligraphic F - as Vector - Size 28 - Stroke 1 - turn the text so it fits on the tag.

Convert Vector layer into raster layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow: vert and hor 1 - opacity 100 - blur 1 - color black.

Copy bow lacinho2_malu - past as a new layer on your working image.

Place it on the lap of the tag, but still leaves something from the circle visible.

Effects -3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Close your background layer - activate one of the other layers.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Open your background layer.

Copy paperclip clip_malu3 - past as a new layer on your working image.
Use your Distortion tool to get the clip on the right place.

Layers - Duplicate.

Layers - Arrange - Move down - do this 2x so the copy clip will be under the tag.

Activate your top clip layer. Now we will erase part of the clip - see image below:

Are you satisfied then we will give the copy layer of the clip the same drop shadow as the tag (same as before).

Activate your top layer.

Copy tube-malu - past as a new layer on your working image.

Place it in the bottom left corner.
Give the same drop shadow.

Copy fita1_malu - past as a new layer on your working image.
Turn it with your Distortion tool - place it in the bottom right corner.

Effects -3D Effects - Drop shadow:
 Vert and hor 1 - opacity 100 - blur 1.

Layers - Duplicate.

Move it a bit down - see example.

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten).

Image - Add borders - 5 pixels - blue.

Don't forget to add your watermark.
