What you need for this tutorial:

Filters unlimited 2.0

Download the Supplies here.

The tube is from Chester Ocampo.

Open all the supplies in PSP. 
Open the font (Monika.ttf) and minimize.



New Image : 800 x 500 transparent.

Choose two colors. 
For the foreground color I used #bba381 and background color #fbf7d1.
Make a gradient from it : Angle - 0 and Repeats - 1.

Floodfill the layer with the foreground color.

Layers - New Raster layer - Floodfill it with the Gradient.

Effects - Plugins - I.C. NET Software - Filters Unlimited 2.0 :
Effecs - Filters unlimited 2.0 - Edges, Square - Square edge 17.

 

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-30-10 Black.

Copy a-dozi's-MiscCards-06.pspimage and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the top left.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-30-10 Black.

Copy bb_letter02.tub and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the right.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-30-10 Black.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

Put the blend mode on 65.

Copy bb_letter01 and Paste as a New Layer.
Move down to the left.

Put the blend mode on 65.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.

Your image should look like this now:

Lock the visibility layers of the two bottom layers and activate one of the other layers.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.
Unlock the layers again.

Activate the Merged Layer.

Image - Resize - 90% Bicubic - Resize all layer NOT ticked.

Move it a little bit to the left and to the top.

Copy the tube (Trizia_by elpinoy spunk.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the right and apply the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-30-10 Black.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Activate the Text Tool.  
Choose a dark brown colour (#3c2f27) as the fore- and background colour.

With the font, Monika size 100 - type the text "Greetings".
Apply the same Drop Shadow.

Type your name but with the font size 48.

Apply the same Drop Shadow.

If you are using the same tube as the one supplied,
then place the link and copyright of the artist on your image. 
It is as a separate layer on the tube.

Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel dark brown (#3c2f27).

Image - Add Borders - 10 pixels yellow (#fbf7d1).

Place your watermark.
