Place the brush (MPCs-Aren't you already there-Richard Bach.PspBursh
and the BrushTip in your PSP Brushes Folder,
the Gradient (Corel_06_046.PspGradient in your PSP Gradients Folder and the
Frame (Corel_09_018.pspFrame) in your PSP Picture Frames Folder.

Let's Start!

Open the tubes in PSP.

Set your Foreground Color to Gradient and
choose the Gradient (Corel-06-046).

Open a New Image : 700 x 500 Transparent and FloodFill with the Gradient.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Contract - 50 pixels.

Copy the Background (@nn_061007_misted_222_stairs_tdstudio_small.pspimage)
and Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select None

Activate your Background Layer (the bottom layer).

Copy the overlay (overlay_rosey.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Put the Blendmode on Luminance (L).

Activate the Top Layer again.

Copy the tube of the woman (@nn_021--7_misted_215_portraiwoman_tdstudio_small.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move down to the left.

Image - Picture Frame - Choose Corel_09_018Afbeelding with the following settings:

Open the corner.pspimage.
Using your Magic Wand Tool, select the blue part of the corner
and FloodFill it with your Gradient.
You can also mirror the Gradient and FloodFill the corner then,
but do just what you think will look nice.

Selections - Select None.

Copy the edited corner.pspimage and Paste as a New Layer.

Move to the top right, next to the white border.

Copy the stitch (hoekstitch.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the top corner.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror.

Move it to the white corner on inside - See example.

Copy the fibre element (J3_element_fibre.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the top right of your image.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-18 Black

Copy the large stitch (largestitch.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the top right of your image - See example:

 

Activate the Paint Brush Tool and look for the Brush (MPCs-aren't you already there).

Apply it with the color Black just above the woman in your image.

Add your watermark and name.
The font that I used, is called FundRunk-Normal, size 48.
