A nice, short and easy tutorial with the use of one mask.
Download the supplies here.
Place the mask (maskCris27.jpg) in the Masks folder.
Open the tubes in PSP.
New Image : 700 x 500 transparent and
Floodfill with the Gradient : Duotone Light blue
with the following settings :
Layers - New Raster Layer - Reverse the Gradient
by ticking "Invert" and Floodfill the layer.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk -
look for maskCris27 and apply with the following settings:
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-60-10 Black.
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.
Copy the tube (by_stirner_lady.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the left.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Activate the top layer.
Copy the corner (a-doodad_lizztish.psp) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the bottom in the left corner.
Copy the stitch (Stitch1.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the right - see example :.
Choose one of the accents (Sharon_Accents_011908-2.psp),
Copy and Paste as a New Layer.
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize :
Move the accent to the right top of the stitches.
Apply the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-60-10 Black.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).
Place your watermark and name. The font used is called "Amelie".
