What do you need:

Plugin Eye Candy 4000

You can find all the materials here.

Open the tubes in Psp - place the brush in your Brush folder.

Open a new white image - 700 x 500.

Open the tube of the woman.

Copy - Past as a new layer.

Place her to the left - a bit up.

Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop shadow: 2 - 0 - 70 - 10 - black.

Copy the Cardframe - Past as a new layer.

Place it to the right - see example above.

Layers - New raster layer.

Layers - Arrange - Move down.

Set your Foreground color to red (#d00a0a)

Activate the top layer (the frame).

Activate your Magic wand - Add mode - tuning mode to RGB value - Tolerance to 20 - Feather to 4.

Select all the 4 insides of the frame.

Activate the layer below the frame (raster 3) - Flood fill the selection with red.

Selections - Select none.

Activate the top layer (the frame).

With your Magic wand select one of the frames.

Copy the tube of the woman again - Past as a new layer.

Slide the part you want in the frame.

Selections - Invert - click on delete 1x.

Selections - Select none.

Repeat this with all the 4 frames - so againi activate the frame layer.

Close your background layer (the bottom one) - activate one of the other layers.

Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Layers - New raster layer.

Activate your Text tool.

Set your foreground color to black - your background color to red.

Make a gradient of your foreground- and background color: Linear - Angle 45 - Repeats 3.

Find the font NamesakeNF - size 150 - or take an other big font.

Type the text: Play with me, or a text of your choise or your name. I've done double spaces in between.

DON'T DESELECT!

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - glass:

Give the same Drop shadow.

Selections - Select none.

Activate your bottom layer (white background layer).

Activate your Brush tool - find the brush geometric05.

Stamp with black on the left and right.

Add your watermark and resize your image if necessary.
