Let's start!

New Image : 700x500 transparent.

Selections - Select All.

Copy the Background (BG-plainwhitelinen.pspimage) and Paste Into Selection.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Copy the Background (BG_plainbluelinen.pspimage) and Paste Into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk - Load Mask : cat171
 

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Copy (Element_bluegrungeedge.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.

Copy (Element_blueglitteredge.pspimage) and Paste as a New Image.
Move to the right.

Copy (Element_roundframe.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.

Copy (Element_smallbluebutton.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the top right corner of the Frame.

Copy (Element_acrylicbutton.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the right bottom corner of the Frame.

Copy the text (tekstblond.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the left.

Copy the woman tube (Dyveke-Elisha Cuthbert.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the right and a little bit downwards.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-60-15 Black

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Add your watermark and name.
Fonts used : Everytime I Miss You - Size 30 and Unused Font, size 48.
